Placing an order

Placing an order is easier than ever with Replitiques. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Find the item you want on our site, select the color you want, and click the "Add to cart" button.

2. After you click on the "Add to cart" button, you'll be taken to a page where you can adjust quantities. You can also click on the "Return to Replitiques" button to continue shopping.

3. Once you've finished shopping, select the state to which you plan to ship your items. There is a Menu Box that groups the states by regions of the country. If you don't see your state listed, simply choose the group that's closest geographically.

4. If you live in Pennsylvania, select PA for sales tax selection. Then click "Recalculate" and you'll see your final total. If you're satisfied, click on "Go to Payments."

5. The Payments page will give you options for paying. Fill in your name and address, then choose your payment type.

Paying for my Order

You can pay using MasterCard or Visa in our secure shopping cart. We will only charge your credit card when the order is shipped. You can also click on the "Send us a Check" box. If you do that, your order will be sent to us electronically, and you'll receive an e-mail confirmation showing the items you wanted and the total charges. Make a copy of that e-mail, and mail a check made out to "Replitiques" to us at 120 Orchard Ave., York Haven, PA 17370. When we receive your check, we'll e-mail you and advise you of delivery.

You can also have us call you for your credit card information. Simply click on that box, and once we get your e-mail order, we'll contact you for your card details. It's as easy as that.

Shipping Charges We wish that it was easier to give everyone a single shipping charge. Unfortunately, UPS charges slightly different rates depending on where the material is sent. We've tried to build our shipping charges to take into account UPS's variable charges, AND to account for carton charges. Some of our products are quite large (the sled and clocks, or the shelves), and we have to buy or make custom-size cartons. We're not making a profit on the shipping charges (unlike some large retailers, who are able to make deals with shipping carriers); we're simply passing along the costs we are charged by UPS. If you have questions about the shipping costs, please feel free to contact us.

When will my order ship?

Most of the Replitiques pieces are only built once we get your order. We don't carry much inventory, so many pieces are built from start to finish only after your order arrives. We'll e-mail you with an estimated shipping date, but please allow between six and eight weeks for shipment. If you are planning a gift for Christmas, Hannukah, or some other holiday, plan early, or ask us for a gift certificate. We can work something out so your recipient can either choose their piece, or will be excited about what's coming.
